Dear Parent/Guardian,

Congratulations to you and your child/ward on his/her success at the S.E.A. Examinations. We look forward to you joining our family here at Iere High School. The following are the details concerning registration on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 9:00 a.m, in our School’s Auditorium.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Print and complete the attached registration form:-

2. Registration day:

• Collection of packages (cost of package $400.00)

• Sizing and collection of P.E. T-shirts

3. The following items are required:

• Completed Registration Form

• 1 passport size photo of the student

• Student’s Birth Certificate and copy

• Student’s Immunization Card and copy

• Any relevant legal documents eg. Custody, Guardianship, Foreign Nationals

• Proof of citizenship if student is a national born outside of Trinidad and Tobago

• Valid student permit and any relevant documents if student is a non-national

• An affidavit is required in instances where:

  • • • There is no name on the Birth Certificate

      • The name on the Birth Certificate does not correspond with that on the results listing.

5. All students must be accompanied by parents/legal guardians.

6. Students are kindly asked to dress in their primary school uniform.
